Sony Announce Details Of White PS4 + Destiny Bundle

The UK based game store GAME will soon be offering a “Glacier” white colored PS4 as part of a bundle that also comes with with a copy of Destiny, Bungie’s new massively multiplayer online shooter. Special edition white consoles seem to be in vogue as late, as this announcement comes on the heels of earlier news that a retailer in France will be offering a bundle consisting of a White Xbox One and the game Sunset Overdrive.

While those in Europe will be able to get their ice-colored PlayStation 4 through GAME, we here in America will have to go through Gamestop, Amazon or a number of other retailers in order to fulfill our own destiny of owning the console when it is released, also alongside the North American version of Destiny, on September 9th. In addition, those who preorder the bundle through Gamestop will receive a variety of special in-game bonuses for Destiny including a special version of the Sparrow vehicle, exclusive weapons, multiplayer maps, ships, and more!

Those wanting a piece of all of this action can preorder the bundle now at Gamestop or via their website here. Both the hotly anticipated Destiny, which will be available on the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and XBox one, and the white PS4 bundle, which which will retail for $449.99 are currently slated to hit stores on September 9th.

Till then, make sure to follow us on Twitter at @APGNation for all the latest on Destiny and any other game you could possibly think of!

My name is Nicole Seraphita and I’m 27. I’ve been gaming since the days of the NES and have owned at least one system from each generation since then. My favorite type of games if most definitely RPGs, with my favorites being titles like Chrono Cross, Persona 4, and Tales of Xillia, though I also sometimes dabble in platforming games, fighting games, and visual novels. When I’m not writing for APGNation or playing games, I enjoy table top and card games, watch anime, and write fiction that I occasionally publish online. I tend to write a lot of Sci-fi and the occasional bit of fantasy, with the often overlooked sub-genre of Biopunk being my favorite. I’ve also written a few visual novels, though only one of them has made it all the way to completion thus far. My current dream is to be able to bring the Monster Girl genre to a western audience.

Have your say!
