According to a report posted on Siliconera today, Microsoft has revealed that North American gamers will soon be treated to a special-edition Xbox One bundle. The bundle will consist of a special Xbox One in a two tone color scheme with a 1 terabyte hard drive, a special edition controller with unique sound effects, and a special downloadable copy of the game Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare containing the “Day Zero” extra content.

Advanced Warfare, the newest game in the Call of Duty franchise, differentiates itself from earlier games in the franchise with a story that takes place in the near future of 2054 as a terrorist organization known as the KVA hatches a plot to destroy nuclear reactors the world over in a bid to carry out the world’s first global terror attack. As traditional armies prove ineffective in combating this new global terror phenomena, private military contractors begin to take their place. As a new recruit in Atlas, the largest of these private outfits, players will battle the terrorists as a new kind of warfare grips the world at large.

The bundle arrives in stores November 3rd and will set you back $499. Any of you planning to buy the bundle? Let us know in the comments, and don’t forget to follow us on Twitter at @APGNation!

My name is Nicole Seraphita and I’m 27. I’ve been gaming since the days of the NES and have owned at least one system from each generation since then. My favorite type of games if most definitely RPGs, with my favorites being titles like Chrono Cross, Persona 4, and Tales of Xillia, though I also sometimes dabble in platforming games, fighting games, and visual novels. When I’m not writing for APGNation or playing games, I enjoy table top and card games, watch anime, and write fiction that I occasionally publish online. I tend to write a lot of Sci-fi and the occasional bit of fantasy, with the often overlooked sub-genre of Biopunk being my favorite. I’ve also written a few visual novels, though only one of them has made it all the way to completion thus far. My current dream is to be able to bring the Monster Girl genre to a western audience.

Have your say!
