I Choose You, Mewtwo!

Mewtwo has officially rejoined the ranks of Super Smash Bros. as of today! For those of you who purchased both the Wii U and 3DS versions of Super Smash Bros and registered them — you might have already received an email containing codes for the Genetic Pokemon for both consoles. If you didn’t, then you will have to pay up for this DLC character — when it becomes available on the e-shop.

Mewtwo uses a similar moveset to his Melee incarnation — with the added use of the Mega Mewtwo Y for his Final Smash super move. Much like Ganondorf, he doesn’t maintain the transformation but fires a large beam to wreck up fighters within its area. You can see it in the trailer below.

At any rate, I’ll be smashing some faces in with my new Psychic type monstrosity for the rest of this day, and I expect many of you will be, too! Keep coming back for more news, reviews and giveaways!

Hello! I am an Editor around these parts! I am a graduate of St. Francis and a substitute teacher, but I love to spend time playing games, especially RPG's and tabletop games! Sometimes I even create my own, such as my upcoming "Level Burst" project. My favorite video game franchises are Super Smash Bros, Monster Hunter, and Pokemon. My favorite tabletop games are Pathfinder (or D&D 3.5) and Magic the Gathering.

Have your say!
