#Game4Paul is a charity initiative that has partnered Tiltify with Reach Out WorldWide (ROWW), a humanitarian foundation founded by late actor Paul Walker. Tiltify – a “stream for charity” site – is raising donations for its upcoming stream of #Game4Paul.
#Game4Paul is going to be streamed live on May 9th, 2015 at 11am Pacific Standard Time. The charity stream is being organized by Walker’s brother, Cody Walker, and his Furious 7 co-star John Brotherton. The stream is promising to feature the gameplay of Furious 7 cast and crew members, celebrities, and supported of ROWW. They’re also planning on musical performances, celebrity speakers, and auctions of artwork and memorabilia, said to all be inspired by Walker.
Participants can interact through the stream via a chat feature, and the ultimate goal is to raise funds and awareness for ROWW, which was a very important part of Walker’s life. Originally starting as a group of his friends, Walker expanded ROWW into a large network of “disaster relief specialists”. Their goal is to provide fast and critical assistance to people struck by disaster, both foreign and domestic.
The site is currently accepting donations, and there’s a complete reward tier available to browse. We’ll continue to update on the progress of the charity, and we’ll report on the stream itself when it arrives.
