How will they fare?
It is quite hard to decide effectively how Gamers2 will fare in their maiden split. Teams have come into the LCS and stormed the league, as Origen did this summer, while others have withered and spent time fighting in relegation scraps, as Giants were forced to do. Gamers2 have strengths and weaknesses throughout their lineup, with Korean talent mixed with EU players who are yet to cement themselves as top players, and so the fate of Gamers2 is both unpredictable and in the hands of it’s players.
Star Man – Emperor (Adc)
Korean talent has started to filter into the European scene to fill out rosters who lost players to NA, with Emperor being such an import. One of the most mechanically adept marksmen in Europe this season, or so we are led to believe if he can play at his best, Emperor will be looking to be the shining light for Gamers2 this split. Games will likely be won or lost for the team based on how he does and how much his opponents can shut him down.
You may have heard of – Kikis (Top)
The former Unicorns of Love jungler has made the move to the top lane with Gamers2 and will be hoping to keep the pressure on his lane opponent as he did in his jungle days. Kikis is known for his more eclectic picks, with Shaco being one of his champions played in LCS, and it’ll be interesting to see what he pulls out in the early weeks of EU LCS this split.
