Warhorse studios posted a cinematic trailer teasing the reveal of their first-person melee combat system for the realistic medieval RPG Kingdom Come: Deliverance. Up until now the alpha has included alchemy, bow shooting, and lock picking with the meaty combat of the game absent. The cinematic trailer below gives some nice flavor and feel, but we must wait until E3 to possibly see a game trailer to view the combat in true form.
Warhorse Studios describes Kingdom Come: Deliverance as “A first-person, open-world, realistic RPG that will take you to the Medieval Europe in a time of upheaval and strife” with a major emphasis on historical accuracy, open-world exploration and character role play. Along with the new cinematic trailer update, Warhorse Studios also published a video documenting the continued development of the title. This update discusses the upcoming features such as combat, horses, new quests, and even how to build your very own church. The full log is below:
