Halo: The Master Chief Collection Coming To Xbox One?

Master ChiefToday is filled with all sorts of Halo news!  According to a reported rumor from Engadget, remastered versions of Halo 1-4 is expected to land on Xbox One later this year titled Halo: The Master Chief Collection.

The report fails to mention anything other than that the bundle will be called Halo: The Master Chief Collection.  Unfortunately, Halo: ODST and Halo: Reach will be excluded but isn’t a surprise considering neither game included the Master Chief.

The report also doesn’t mention what resolution the HD remake will be in nor does it mention what frames per second we will see.  Quite frankly, I don’t care.  I’m just excited to possibly see a remastered edition that includes EVERY Halo game that I’ve actually liked.

It’s worth noting that Microsoft has yet to officially announce the details surrounding the game, but one thing is certain, maybe this is the “journey” Bonnie Ross 343 Industries’ General Manager was referring to that would come in 2014.

Stay tuned right here to APG Nation as we learn more about this “journey” leading up to E3!
